Once you have placed an Order in accordance with these Terms you will receive an email confirming the details of your Order and receipt of payment. Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or part of your order. Occasionally, when a product is low in stock, it may have been sold to another buyer in the few seconds before your order is confirmed. In this situation, it may look as if the item is part of your order, but our detailed records will show that it was sold to another customer just before your final order was recorded on the system. We apologies for this, and note it as one of the shortcomings of selling online. If your order is not accepted by us, you will receive an email indicating that your order has not been accepted. if you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at info@thesalesloop.com.au to check the status of your order.


All our prices are in Australian Dollars including Goods and Service Tax (GST). Price is subject to change at any time without notice.

Orders placed outside of Australia will be charged in Australian Dollars and the final price charged, exchange rates, will be calculated by your bank or card provider.

Please note that some countries have their own duties to pay on imported goods. These are calculated based on your order, the value and the shipping destination. We can’t give you an estimated cost as they vary from country to country and unfortunately, we don’t have any control and it It is the buyer's responsibility to research this. You can contact your local customs office or search online to find this information. We are not responsible for the extra costs incurred at the destination.

The delivery time depends on the area in which you are located.

We won’t be responsible for late deliveries, loss or damage relating to this deliveries time frame


You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready. Please allows 1-3 days for your gown to be shipped. When it is shipped, you will receive another confirmation email with a tracking number. Some countries may charge duties or other taxes. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control and it will be your responsibility to pay for it.


You can check the Sizing Charts by brand in the section "SIZING" of our footer menu at the bottom of site pages.

If you are not sure about your size, please send us your measurements at info@thesalesloop.com.au and we will help you find the right size.


We will not accept any exchange or returns without authorization from us.

If an items does not fit or is faulty we will accept return and we will be happy to replace it with another size if possible or another item. Please contact us at info@dashandjoy.com within 7 days after receiving your order. After confirming it, we will send you the return information.

Items must be returned new in their original packaging, unwashed with tags attached. Postage cost is to be paid by customer and can't be refunded.

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage or expense, howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and/or whether present, unascertained, future or contingent (Liability) suffered by you or any third party, arising from or in connection with your use of our Site and/or the Content and/or any inaccessibility of, interruption to or outage of our Site and/or any loss or corruption of data and/or the fact that the Content is incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date.
