The delivery time depends on the area in which you are located and we we will not be responsible for late or missing deliveries, You must contact the courier with the tracking sent via email.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse will process your order the following business day.
After picked, packed, and dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Picking and packing can take 24/48hrs.

How do I make sure I order the right size?
What is the return policy?
We offer a refund for change of mind with in 14 days of your order. We ask that return shipping be covered by the customer. Please also make sure items meet the requirements below.
To initiate a return please contact us at info@thesalesloop.com.au
After confirming it, we will send you the return information.
Items must be returned new in their original packaging, unwashed with tags attached. Postage cost is to be paid by customer and can't be refunded.
Sale items can’t be refunded but can be sent back for a credit note.
For faulty items, we will supply a return postage label.
