SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse will process your order the following business day.
After picked, packed and dispatch, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

- Australia: Australia Post Satchels with tracking number.
Standard Delivery 2-5 Business Days (Free over $150)
- New Zealand: Australia Post Registered
Standard Delivery 5-7 Business Days (Free over $150)
The delivery time depends on the area in which you are located and we we will not be responsible for late or missing deliveries, You must follow up with the courier with your tracking number sent via email.
RETURN POLICY
We will not accept any exchange or returns without authorisation from us.
If an items does not fit or is faulty we will accept return and we will be happy to replace it with another size if possible or another item.
Please contact us at info@thesalesloop.com.au within 7 days after receiving your order.
After confirming it, we will send you the return information.
Items must be returned new in their original packaging, unwashed with still tags attached. Postage cost is to be paid by customer and can't be refunded.
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
